Zompz Privacy Policy

Zompz does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. All data created or used by the extension is stored locally on your own device and never leaves it.

What the extension accesses

When you are on a Zillow or Redfin search or listing page, Zompz reads publicly visible listing information shown on that page—such as price, address, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, acreage, and days on market—in order to calculate and display comparison metrics (for example, price per acre and price per square foot) and to let you save listings to your own list.

What the extension stores

Zompz uses your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) to save:

• The property lists you choose to save
• Your column, sort, and filter preferences
• Which listings you have already opened

This information is stored only on your device. It is not sent to Zompz, to any server, or to any third party.

What the extension does not do

• It does not collect personally identifiable information.
• It does not collect health, financial, or authentication information.
• It does not track your browsing history across the web.
• It does not sell or transfer your data to third parties.
• It does not use your data to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
• It does not load or execute remote code.

Third-party sites

Zompz operates on Zillow and Redfin, which are governed by their own privacy policies. Zompz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Zillow or Redfin. When you choose to send listing details to your own zompz.com account, that action is initiated by you and pre-fills a form using URL parameters; no data is transmitted automatically.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
